In line with Australian consumer law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty. For change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days if the item is unused, unopened, undamaged, saleable, and proof of purchase is provided. A 10% restocking fee applies.

For online orders, return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed once the item is received and approved, minus shipping and restocking fees, and issued to the original payment method.
